Design Sandbox

UX  |  Illustration  |  Motion Graphics

Why the Sandbox?

While my passion is product design and creating wonderful experiences for people - the passion started by studying art and my design skillset is multidisciplinary, leaning heavily into motion graphics and illustration (even dabbling in 3D modeling & materials). The following gallery showcases some of those skill and the creative projects I've been fortunate to collaborate on and create.

Check back often - I'll be adding more projects soon!

BARBRI Student Journey
Motion Graphic

Joining BARBRI as one of the foundational UX team members came with the privilege of influencing the new experience (a modernized LMS) the team was envisioning.

To make that vision tangible, we needed to get the organization to pivot towards a tech-enabled offering. This motion graphic was one tool we created to help build shared understanding of the product vision and generate cross-functional conversations throughout the business.

Creative Error Messaging

Everyone makes mistakes... so why not make them with flair?

Before/After Assignment Details Modals

Assignment Detail Modals are a key feature across BARBRI's LMS and are presented before the start of every assignment. Prior to the creation of the UX team, these modals boasted accessibility and compliance issues. With the UI update, the new modals not only solved these issues, but also created the foundation for modal customizations for alternate assignment types throughout our LMS.

3D Modeling

Using Cinema 4D during a 3D Design course- we were required to model "something we could find in our home." As an avid cook and baker, it was only appropriate for me to use my trusty Kitchenaid Mixer as my model to expand my skillset.
